Who is responsible for your personal data?

Your data controller will be GPI Group company which collected your personal data under this Policy. We will process any personal information we collect about you in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and where required, we will maintain appropriate registrations as data controllers with the local regulatory bodies.

This Policy applies to individuals whose personal data collected and processed by GPI Group from you when you: use our products and services; do business with us; download documents from us or subscribe for alerts or newsletters; apply for a position in one of our company; visit our Site.

What personal data do we collect?

The types of personal data that we collect and process will depend largely on the service you receive from us (and may also vary by country, and according to applicable law). However, the following is an overview of the types of information which we may process: your name; email address; other personal contact details (including telephone number and postal address); job title; employer; corporate contact details (including business “direct dial” and office address); date of birth, address of registration and actual address, career history, references, professional background and other CV related information such as education, as well as information about passport, residence permit, visa, insurance certificate, social security number, military register, medical certificate, family status, including children if any, salary for the previous two years, as well as results of psychological and professional tests, information on close relatives (name and last name, date and place of birth, place of work and occupation and home address), information on participation in the companies, shares, social accounts (when you apply for a position, or you are a successful candidate for one of the companies within the GPI Group); financial information (where necessary to conclude services contracts with you). Your use of the Site and related online services involves the automated collection of certain types of information, some of which may be considered personal data under applicable laws or specific circumstances. This data includes: IP address; browser type; operating system. In addition, the Site uses a range of cookies to improve and personalise your experience. In the event of any conflict between any separate notice and this Privacy Policy, the separate notice will prevail. All processing of personal data which we undertake on the basis that: you have consented to the processing; the processing is necessary to perform a contract or to take steps to enter a contract; the processing is necessary for us to comply with relevant legal obligations; the processing is in our legitimate commercial interest, subject to your interests and fundamental rights. How long do we keep your personal data?

We generally keep your personal data only as long as it is required for the purposes specified above before it will be destroyed or erased from our systems, provided that we may retain your personal data in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We may disclose your personal data within GPI Group in order to provide you with our services. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents and contractors of the GPI Group who need access to in order: to provide you with our services; to communicate with you; to carry out legal or regulatory obligations. We may also employ the service providers to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting, cloud service, database physical security, marketing and market research. Cross-border transfers of your personal data

We operate both inside and outside of the EU. Third-party service providers who handle data on our behalf may be based in locations around the world, and we may also be subject to scrutiny from courts or regulators in a number of different jurisdictions. For these reasons, your personal data may be transferred to other countries both inside and outside of the EU and the EEA. If your personal data is transferred to an entity in a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, we will take measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected, by entering into EU Standard Contractual Clauses with these parties. How is your personal data secured?

We store personal data on an electronic database. Such a database is maintained for us by a reputable services provider on the basis of appropriate contractual arrangements to protect the personal data. Although we make good-faith efforts to store the information we receive from and on behalf of you in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. Further, while we work to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.

What about your rights?

Subject to applicable law, you may have some of the following rights in respect of your personal data: to access your personal data and obtain a copy of your personal data together with the information about how and on what basis that personal data is processed; to ensure that your personal data is accurate and rectify it and complete incomplete personal data; to request that we delete your personal data (in limited circumstances, where it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or processed); restrict the processing of your personal data where: the accuracy of the personal data is contested; we no longer require the personal data, but it is still required for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim; to challenge processing which we have justified on the basis of a legitimate interest (as opposed to your consent, or to perform a contract with you); to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information (where that processing is based on your consent); to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
