JFC container ship called at Petrolesport
The first container ship of the biggest russian banana trader “JFC Group” is handled on the “Petrolesport”`s terminal.
On Sunday, December 20th, the “PETKUM” vessel plying between the port of Guayaquil (Ecuador)- Moin (Costa Rica) – Saint-Petersburg`s Big port. The first consignment transshipped at PLP consists of 295 refrigerated containers.
Earlier JFC Group forwarded banana cargo by means of partly containerized conventional ships. Switching to the containerized shipment allows the company to improve transportation conditions control and to considerably increase the handling capacity.
JFC calls at PLP are scheduled on regular basis.
