Triple-E ‘Maribo Maersk’ was handled at VSC
Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company has handled a Triple-E class container vessel ‘Maribo Maersk’. This was the forth vessel of the class having called to VSC. Before this ‘Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller’, ‘Mary Maersk’ and ‘Marie Maersk’ had made calls to VSC.
‘Maribo Maersk’ is one of nineteen similar vessels built on the South Korean shipyard Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME Daewoo). The vessel capacity – 18,340 TEU, length - 399 m., width - 59 m., height 73 m. After the handling was finished the container vessel forwarded to the South Korean Port of Pusan.
