Vopak E.O.S. is an oil products terminal located in Tallinn, Estonia.

It handles exports of Russian, Belorussian and Kazakh fuel oil and light oil products and is the largest oil products terminal in the Baltic Sea Basin by throughput volume, accounting for 28% of the former Soviet Union states’ fuel oil exports throughput generally in 2010, according to Drewry. It is located in the ice-free Port of Muuga, which is the deepest port in the Gulf of Finland and can accommodate VLCC tankers with the deadweight capacity necessary for the transport of oil products to the Asian and American markets.

Vopak E.O.S. has a combined terminal storage capacity of 1,026,000 cbm as at 31 March 2011 (771,000 cbm for dark oil products, 255,000 cbm for light oil products).
