Petrolesport
Petrolesport (“PLP”) is the second largest container terminal in the North-West region of Russia by gross throughput and is located in St. Petersburg Harbour, Russia’s primary gateway for container cargo.
In addition to container cargo, PLP also handles ro-ro cargo, refrigerated cargo, timber and scrap metal.
PLP is located on a 123 hectare land plot with an aggregate quay length exceeding 2,201 metres.
PLP’s annual container capacity as of 31 Dec 2008 was approximately 1 million TEUs.
PLP also has good railway and road access and will have direct access to the Western High-Speed Diameter road that is currently being constructed.
